Privacy Policy DA Medias Hub

DA Medias Hub is an internal tool used only by the DA Medias team to manage client jobs, footage and deliveries. It is not offered to the public, and clients do not sign in to it.
What the app accesses
When a team member signs in with Google, the app receives their name and email address so it can confirm they are on the team. The app uses Google Drive access limited to files and folders the app itself creates (job folders, uploaded footage, delivered videos) and a Google Sheet the app creates for job records. It cannot see any other files in anyone's Google Drive.
What the app stores
Job details, briefs, revision notes and file links are stored in DA Medias' own Google Sheet and Google Drive. To send notifications, the app stores a browser notification token for each team member's device on Cloudflare. We do not use advertising, analytics trackers or cookies for tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone. Links to individual delivered files may be shared with the client that commissioned them.
Google API Services
DA Medias Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Any team member can revoke the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored data deleted, contact us.
